Frontage Studio is a one-person web design and local search studio based in Columbus, Ohio, operated by Ibrahima Moses Diouf. There is no team, no parent company, and no third party with access to this site's records other than the service providers named below.

What this site collects
Only what you type into the audit request form: your name, your business name, an email address or phone number, optionally your city or a link to your Google listing, and an optional note about what you already know is wrong.
That is the entire list. This site has no accounts, no logins, no shopping cart, and no payment processing.

What this site does not collect
This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no advertising, no retargeting pixels, and no cross-site tracking. No profile is built about you, and nothing you do here follows you to other websites.

Analytics
Visitor numbers are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records page views and which pages visitors reach. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint your device, reports only in aggregate, and cannot follow you across other sites.

Who else handles your information
Running a website means a handful of service providers touch data on the way through. These are all of them:
Formspree receives your form submission, stores it, and sends a notification. Cloudflare provides the domain routing, hosting, and analytics. The studio email provider stores correspondence once a conversation starts. Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses, which means Google's servers receive your IP address as part of loading the page.
None of these providers is given permission to use your information for their own marketing.

What your information is used for
To run the audit you asked for and to reply to you about it. Nothing else.
Your information is never sold, rented, traded, or added to a marketing list. You will not receive a newsletter you did not ask for.

How long it is kept
Audit requests are kept while the conversation is active and afterwards as an ordinary business record. Ask for it to be deleted and it will be deleted, along with the copy held in Formspree.

Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask for a copy of what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Requests are answered within 30 days.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under your local data protection law. Those rights are honoured regardless of where you are.

Children
This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. Please do not submit information through this site if you are under 16.

Changes to this policy
The date at the top of this page is the last time it changed. If something material changes, the new version is posted here.
